Welcome to StudioFit Training Naples. We provide positive, hands-on functional group fitness, personal training, and wellness regimens at our brand new, state-of-the-art studio.

Each of these classes is designed to provide you with the fundamentals of fitness, including the use of your own barbell. You’ll be welcomed with constant motivation, a clean and luxurious environment, and most importantly, effective heavy lifting for all fitness levels.

HOW TO WIN THE HOUR IN CLASS

STATIONS

Test and improve your strength in our flagship upper, lower, and full-body workouts. Expect to use our top-of-the-line equipment including your own rack, TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more. Stations classes typically include 1-2 main lifts along with accessory movements programmed by our founder, Zach.

MOBILITY

Bring your fitness routine into balance. You'll increase flexibility and range of motion while improving strength, necessary for everyday life. This class includes both walking movements and mat work to stretch, lengthen, and ease sore muscles.

INTERVALS

Time to sweat. Conditioning and strength meet in the middle, where you'll be challenged with a fast-paced, heart-rate-rising workout. In this class, you'll rotate around the studio 3-4 times performing exercises including battle ropes, step-ups, slam balls, and more.

Work one-on-one with your dedicated personal trainer as SF Naples provides you with the independent space to grow your strength. Each Personal Training member receives a hands-on training regimen built around your wants and needs so you can hit your goals, hour by hour.
