We provide positive, hands-on functional strength training in the form of group fitness and personal training. Each class is designed to provide you with the fundamentals of fitness, including the use of your own barbell and is programmed to keep you moving every day. We take the opportunity to create community here in Tampa seriously and often offer both member-only and public events (like run club and test day) so make sure you're looking for calendar updates both in studio and on our Instagram.

  • Monday & Tuesday - Upper and Lower body Lift (alternating weekly)
  • Wednesday - Intervals 
  • Thursday - Full Body Lift
  • Friday - Full Body Lift
  • Saturday - Mobility and Intervals
  • Sunday - Supersets Lift
